The visit provided the students with an opportunity to gain practical exposure to port operations and understand the functioning of one of the region’s key maritime gateways. During the visit, the students were taken on a guided tour of the port facilities and were briefed on various aspects of port management, logistics, export and import procedures, cargo handling operations, and the role of NMPA in promoting trade and commerce. The interaction enabled the students to gain valuable insights into the legal, regulatory, and operational frameworks governing port activities and international trade. |
